The next depression from the westward had this morning reached only as far as Adelaide. Moderate south-west to south-east winds. Seas smooth to moderate tn New Zealand waters. Variable winds tri the eastern Tasman Sea, with moderate southerlies prevailing at first; seas smooth to moderate. Some scattered showers in the Gisborne and East Cape districts and In the far north and south, but mainly fair to fine. The weather is likely to be fine in most districts for several days.
