NOTICE RESPECTING PROPOSED ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES JOHNSONVILLE TOWN DISTRICTDepartment of Internal Affairs, Wellington, March 4, 1931., r' is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to his Excellency the Governor-General, under the Town Boards Act, 1908, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto may be excluded from the Johnsonville Town District and included in the County of Makara. AU persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the proposed alteration which they desire to lodge, within one month from the first publication of this notice, such objections or petitions to be addressed to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington. SCHEDULE. AREA PROPOSED TO BE EXCLUDED FROM THE JOHNSONVILLE TOWN DISTRICT AND INCLUDED IN THE COUNTY OF MAKARA.
