JOHN COULL has received ininstructions from the Registrar of 'the Supreme Court to offer for sale by Public Auction at his saleroom, Nqmber 13, Maria Place, Wanganui, on Monday, the 30th day of Match. 1931, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, Firstly, all those leasehold lands and hereditaments situated at Tongariro National Park, and comprising the Hostel, known as Tongariro Chateau, together with complete outbuildings and detached lodges, Diesel electric-lighting plaint. tennis court, golf links in course of preparation, and outlying huts; and secondly, the furniture and fittings, comprising substantially the .whole of the furnishings, crockery, glassware, cutlery, plate, household utensils, guiding and elimbing equipment, tools, and gear in connection with the hostel, enabling the whole to be taken over as a going concern. The land and furniture will be offered eaclt as a separate lot. The lease has nearly forty years to run. The main Hostel'building of four storys, and most of the outbuildings are recently . completed, and comprise one of the most up-to-date tourist hotels in Australasia. The furniture is also new, nnd is on a scale of value and completeness equal to that of the building.
