League of Nations’ Action SENDING A COMMISSION British Wireless. Rugby, January 24. The Council of the League of Nations has decided to send a commission to Liberia to superintend the carrying out of the convention against forced labour. Tlie commission will consist of representatives of Great Britain, France, Germany, Spain. Venezuela, Poland and Liberia. The United States is to be invited to, cooperate to what extent its feels desirable.
