GENERAL MANAGER FALLS FOR LUXURY. The "big chief” of a huge commeicial concern visited one of his branch offices recently. The firm in question has been having a very hard time of it recently, but in the opinion of some of the members of the staff the chief was Indulging in Luxury. They could swear it was Luxury he was smoking, the aroma was so pleasant. Ong of them asked the chief if the tobacco was Luxury. “Yes,” he replied, “and the finest tobacco I have ever tried.” When he discovered that members of the staff were also devotees of Luxury he congratulated them on their good taste and a pleasant quarter of an hour was spent in mutual testimony of the tobacco which caresses the palate and so lightly touches the pocket.
