British experts are giving close attention to a heavy-oil engine of a revolutionary design, the idea of which originated with n Now Zealand engineer The design was completed by Mr Joseph Maine, the designer of Captain Malcolm Campbell’s “Bluebird" racing car. Mr. Watson Arthur, also a New Zealander, has returned to place before the New Zealand syndi cate the final plans for production in England. The "Morning Post’s” expert reviews the design at length, adding that if it reaches expectations practically all motor users will lie paying royalties to tlie New Zealand engineers It is .so nearly standard in design that ordinary internal combustion engines easily ba converted.
