“THE MESSIAH”
At the Lower Hutt Methodist Church',on Sunday night Handel’s “Messiah” .was presented by the church choir, augumented by special soloists, . and an orchestra of thirty Instruments. The soloists were Miss Christina Ormlston (soprano), Mrs. Wilfred Andrews (contralto), Mr. G. Austin Blackie (tenor), Mr. R. R. Orr (baritone). Mr. C. R. Horman presided at the organ, and Mr. Ernest Dawson was the conductor.
