Mr. Ransom’s Tour

The Acting-Prime Minister (the, Hon. E. A. Hansom). Hie Minister of Native Affairs (the Hon. Sir Apirana Ngata). the Under-Secretary of Lqnds (Mr. J. D. Thompson), aml the Secretary of the Treasury (Mr. A. D. Park), after a visit to lands adjacent to the Urewera Country, arrived in Rotorua on Saturday night. It is understood that their mission is the furtherance of land settlement in the district.
Sir Apirana Ngata left for Gisborne yesterday, and Sir. Ransom will leave for Wellington this afternoon.
