SECRETARY DIES
Soviet Embassy Mystery. RETICENCE OF OFFICIALS London, December 7. A mystery has arisen concerning Eugine Levin, First Secretary at the Soviet Embassy, who was found dead at the Embassy. The Embassy officials refuse to give a statement. The first theory was that he had committed suicide for family reasons, but it is thought possible that his disposal was desired because he had many friends among the White Russian Society. A third theory connects bis death with rumoured association with Communist movements in Italy.
