Death of Millionaire MILKMAN FINDS BODY New York, December 7. Mr. Gifford Cochran, an internationally known turf man, and one of the wealthiest of Americans, was found by a milkman dead outside his lavish quarters In Madison Avenue. Death was due to acute alcoholism, following a party attended by two women and another man. Cochran reached the peak of his rac ing career five years ago, when he won the Kentucky Derby and the Break ness Stakes (I J lmlico) in one season.
