DULL SKIES, BUT FINE
Yesterday’s Weather The weather was dull but fine in AVellington yesterday.. The wind was light from the south nnd the temperature was lower than it was the preceding day. The weather was fine at Auckland, but it was cloudy in the morning and in the evening. The wind continued light south-west, and a rising barometer registered 39.95 in. After an overcast morning in Christ church the sun broke through later in the day and conditions were pleasant The maximum temperature was 60 degrees, with a fresh breeze from the south west. The barometer was steady a 30-05. The weather was more settled at Dunedin, with more cloud than sunshine, and a light wind from the south.
