Cave’s residence ,at Nymphsfield, Masterton, on Saturday, and a fancy dress dance and Red Indian party held in the evening, in the Church of the Epiphany Hall (Puripuni), £55 was raised for the church funds. The Tawhero (Wanganui) bchool staged its annual concert during the week, when the work of the children was highly commended by the large audience. ' There was a large attendance at bt. Mary’s Convent. Grey Street, Wnnganui, on Saturday afternoon, when a successful garden party was held. The Garrison Band were in attendance, and various competitions, including a baby show, were held.
