Cheese Up Over 11 per cent. The quantities for the four months ended November, 1930, were • White, 18.534 tons; coloured, 8913 tons, a total of 27,447 tons, compared with 15 827 tons white and 8874 tons coloured, a total of 24.70 L. tons for the corresponding period of the preceding season—an increase of 11.11 per cent. ' Converting these figures into butter-fat equivalent, there is an Increase of 6.09 per cent, in butter-fat production for the four months as compared with the corresponding period of the 1929-30 season. Stocks held in the various grading ports at November 30, 1930, were: Butter, 9788 tons; cheese, 8708 tons, as compared with 6158 tons butter and 6888 tons cheese held on November 30, 1929.
