FIDELITY FUND
Queensland Solicitors INVESTORS SAFEGUARDED Brisbane. December 6. A Bill lias passed through all stages in the Legislative Assembly to set up a fidelity fund to cover defalcations of dishonest solicitors. The measure was drafted bv the Law Institute for the protection of investors in trust funds. Nobody will be allowed to practise as a solicitor or attorney unless he is a contributor to this fund.
Similar legislation was passed by the New Zealand Parliament ia 1328.
