Port Nicholson Club MARANGI’S EASY WIN Three races were held by the Royal Port Nicholson Yacht Club on Saturday. Excellent entries were received in all classes, and the eastern side of the harbour, adjacent to Oriental Bay, made a beautiful picture shortly after the yachts were dispatched. , . , Marangi had an easy win in the firstclass keelers’ race, arriving home 14 minutes ahead of Rona. She retained first place on corrected times. The sec-ond-class keelers’ race was won by Windward, and the 18ft and under class race for the Grey Cup by the Evans Bay boat Kio 11. First-class Keeler#. Dunedin, December 7. The fourth trial race for the Sanders Cup to select Otago’s defender was won on Saturday afternoon by Eileen, which now has won three out of the four races in which she has started.
