MOTION OF CENSURE
•Aftermath of Conference FORTHCOMING DEBATE (Rcc. November 25, 11 p.m.) London, November 24. A motion set down for debate in the House of Commons censures the Government “for its failure to formulate any effective proposals for the extension of Empire trade, and its refusal to consider the Dominions’ offers.” According to an earlier message it is expected that the Conservative motion asking the House of Commons to censure the Government for not having yrmulated effective proposals on Empire trade at the recent Imperial Conference will be debated on Thursday. According to “The Times” the Government does not anticipate an adverse vote.
