She will land passengers, mails, and cargo here and later proceeds to Auckland to complete discharge. ROTORUA LEAVES SUVA. The New Zealand Shipping Company has received cabled advice that their U“«r Rotorua, en route from London and South ampton, left Suva at 6 a.m. yesterday for Wellington, and expects to arrive here p.m. on Saturday. She will land passengers only at Wellington, and later proceeds to Port Chalmers, Lyttelton, and Napier to discharge here London cargo. NORTHUMBERLAND EEAVES CTOACAO The Federal Company has received cabled news that the Northumberland, ,en route from Liverpool to Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and New Plymouth, cleared Curacao Bay last Saturday. She is due at Auckland on December 16 and at Wellington about a week later. SURREY LEAVES LIVERPOOL. The Federal Company has received cabled advice that the Surrey left Liverpool on Saturday with cargo for discharge at Auc ' c " land, Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland on December 30, and at Wellington about ten days later. ' GOLDEN COAST REPORTS. The O. and O. Line steamer Golden Coast has reported by wireless that she expects to reach Auckland this morning from Los Angeles. MESS TABLE GOSSIP. The Kaituna is going into commission today at Auckland, and will be under the command of Captain W. A. Gray. His deck officers are: Chief, Mr. H. Evington; second, Mr. L. L. Clark; third, Mr. H. E. Petre. Captain A. H. Howie, who has just completed his holiday, has been appointed master of the Wainui, relieving Captain C. J. Hackworth for holidays. Mr. J. Forbes, third officer of the Tofua, is now on holiday leave at- Auckland, his place having been taken by Mr. C. W. Hovey. Mr. O. A. Meyer has relieved Mr. J. H..
