Proposed Yacht Race WELLINGTON CHALLENGER It now seems likely that New Zealand will be represented in a trans-Tasman yacht race, as it is understood that the Wellington yachtsman, Mr. J. McLean, is willing to meet the Melbourne yacht, Oimara, with his boat the Restless. . The owner of the O.i©ara, Mr. F. J. Bennell, of Melbourne, has announced that he will sail from Melbourne for New Zealand about the end of the year, and it is believed that Mr. McLean is prepared to meet the Oimara on its return voyage in * race to either Melbourne or Sydney.
