Sir Apirana Ngata, Minister of Native Affairs (left), who is to represent the New Zealand Government In the conversation that is to mark the inauguration of the New Zealand-Australian radio-telephone service, starting to-day. Mr. J. E. Fenton, Acting-Prime Minister of Australia (right) will represent his Government and will speak from Sydney.
