Manor Park Club During the week-end a flag competition was held on the Manor Park links, which resulted in a tie for Mrs. Burns and Mr. B. Clarke, who each ran out of strokes at the nineteenth bole. _ A bogey competition resulted in a win for D. Gody (9), who returned a card of 4 up, doing 76. Second place fell to J. Burns, all square. The medal contest for a trophy presented by Mr. H. G. Robertson brought a win to Mrs. Butler, with the splendid score of 65 net, ladies receiving six strokes on their handicap during the summer. D. Porter’s 68 gave him second place. . The greens and fairways were m good condition. Hutt Ladies’ Club The closing day of the Hutt Ladies’ Club was held last Wednesday. A bogey competition played in the morning was won by Mrs. Treadwell.
