An eight-inch lizard which makes more noise than an angry terrier is among the new arrivals at the London Zoo. It is part of a collection from Java, Sumatra and New Guinea. A whale can swim at the rate of 16 to 18 miles an hour. Giraffes and ant-eaters each have tongues nearly 2ft. in length.
