The “queen of flowers” stil holds her place, and no flower can give the massed effect like a stand of roses. The trophies for this show always create keen Interest among the public, and this year they are more numerous than usual. The Wellington Challenge Trophy, valued at 50 guineas, at present held by Mr. J. Ball, will again be up for competition. The show will be opened by the ActingPrime Minister and Mrs. Ransom at 3 p.m. on Wednesday. Schedules may be obtained from any of the seedsmen or by application to the honorary secretary, Mr. J. G.
