Act of Chinese Communists ATTEMPT ON WAR LORD Shanghai, November 21. In an attempt to wreck the NankingShanghai express. Communists removed four lengths of rails. Four coaclies were derailed, four Chinese were killed, and scores were Injured. The attempt is attributed to the report that Chang Hsueh-Liang, the Mukden war lord, and bls staff, were aboard the train.
