PACIFIC INTERESTS
Conference in New Zealand At a recent'meeting of the Polynesian Society it was agreed, on the suggestion of Bishop H. Williams, that a panPaciflc conference of persons and societies interested in ethnology, anthropology and philology.be held in New Zealand. The countries represented will be New Zealand, Australia, Japan, United States, Canada, and various countries of South America. The object of the conference is to discuss matters which at present are dealt with in a number of journals. The initial' steps for the holding of the conference will shortly be taken.
