Late Mr. R. Hannah’s Property
No bids were forthcoming yesterday afternoon when the late Mr. Robert Hannah’s residence, 63 Boulcott Street, was offered for sale, by public auction by Harcourt and Co. Prior to calling for bids the auctioneer said that the total insurances on the house and outbuildings were £ll,OOO, and the rates amounted to £lll/16/9 annually. He could not get a call at £11.000.) £lO,OOO or £BOOO, and so passed in the property to dispose of it by private sale.
