Excellent Progress DUKE AT BALMORAL Discussion as to Names . British Wireless. Rugby, August 25. An indication of the excellent progress which the Duchess of York and the infant Princess are making is afforded to-daj by the information that the Duke of York, who motored from Glamis to Balmoral early last evening, is expected to stay at Balmoral until Friday. It is Understood that while at Balmoral the Duke will discuss with the King and Queen the names to be given to the new Princess, and that in all probability the date and place of the christening ceremony will also be fixed. When be returns to Glamis the Duke will immediately register the birth of his daughter.

When the Queen goes to Glamis to see the Duchess it is understood Her Majesty will take the Princess Elizabeth back to Balmoral with her. Sir Henry Slmson, the Duchess’s physician, who left Glamis Castle to-day for a day’s grouse shooting with the Earl of Strathmore, will start to-morrow on a few days’ motor tour. MESSAGE FROM THE DUKE Reply to Lady Bledisloe In answer to the message sent by Lady Bledisloe on behalf of the women of New Zealand in connection with the birt of a daughter to the Duke and Duchess of York, her Excellency has received from his Royal. Highness the following cablegram: —, “The Duchess and I are very grateful to the women of New Zealand for kind congratulations. “Albert.”
