MAIN BROKEN
City Street Flooded Apparently caused by a large water main bursting, the roadway at the junction of Kent Terace and Vivian Street became flooded in the early hours of this morning. The pavement was forced up over an area by the pressure and the flow was so great that the drains were taxed to deal with it.
