Programme Prepared * WAFDISTS IN LONDON (Rec. July 25, 5.5 p.m.) London, July 24. The Alexandria correspondent of the ‘Daily"Telegraph” says that the Sidky Pasha Cabinet Is working out a constructive programme and intends to summon Parliament in November, when the Chamber will be “selected.” The “Morning Post” says that according to the Egyptian Arabic Press, theWafd delegation at present in London attending the inter-Parliamentary Congress has received £30,000 to cover the expenses of living and entertaining the right people.
