DRAINAGE ON PROPERTY
Appeal Dismissed An appeal for an injunction by Frank Oliver Hailey to prevent bis neighbours, Albert Charles Vile and his wife, Sarah Vile, from draining upon his property, was dismissed in a judgment delivered in the Court of Appeal on Thursday. The case was heard in the Supreme Court by Mr. Justice Ostler, who refused the application. In delivering judgment, Mr. Justice Blair quoted precedents at length, and held that the appeal should be dismissed with costs on the middle scale as from a distance.
