PRICE OF PETROL
Rise Expected To-day EXACT TIME UNCERTAIN The opinion expressed at most petrol service stations last night was that the new petrol prices would come into operation first thing this morning, although at one or two stations it was stated that no definite word bad been received on the subject and consequently the exact time for the prices to be raised was uncertain. Motorists in the city appeared to be leaving nothing to chance last night, for there was a fairly heavy rush at the service stations after the theatres had closed.
