Action Against Theodore CRIMINAL OR CIVIL! Legal Advice Awaited By Telegraph—Preta A»«oeuitiaa—Copyright. Brisbane, July 24. Legal action is to be taken against Mr. E. G. Theodore following the findings of the Chillagoe and Mungan* Royal Commission. The State Premier, Mr. Moore, ha# advised Mr. Theodore of the Government’s intentions. State legal advice as to the practicability of criminal action has not yet been received, but if this is unfavourable, civil proceedings will be taken.
