THE DISPUTE WITH SMITH FUTURE ENGAGEMENTS (Ker. Max 15, 7 p.m.) Sydney, May 15. The New Zealand billiards player, Clark McConachy, has arrived. Referring to the unpleasantness with Smith, McConachy says the magistrate, commenting on Smith’s charge of assault, remarked that the matter should never have come before the court. The dispute was not creditable to British 1 sport.
