MAINTENANCE CLAIMS
ORDERS MADE AGAINST DEFAULTERS. Maintenance eases in the Police-Court .yesterday were dealt with by Mr. W. 11. Woodward. S.M. Victor Emanuel Frazer was sentenced to two months’ imprisonment on a charge of being £S"/10/- in arrears on an order for his wife's maintenance. The warrant is to be suspended so long as £2/5/- is paid each week. Roy William Spencer was sentenced to one month's imprisonment on a charge of being in arrears on an order for the support of his wife and to a similar term for being in arrears on an order made in respect of his child. On the first charge he is to be released on payment of £5/17/-. and on the second on,payment of £-1/17/-. The warrants are to be suspended until March 24.
