PUBLIC TRUST OFFICE
STAFF CHANGES The following staff changes in the Public Trust Office are announced :— " The appointment of Mr. W. G. HandNewton, Assistant Solicitor, Head Office, to the position of District Solicitor, Christchurch. Mr. Hand-Newton, who is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, joined the staff of the office in November, 1918.. The transfer of Mr. A. Bell, Director of Training Classes, Christchurch, to the administration staff of the Christchurch District Office. Mr. Bell, who is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, joined the staff of the office in November, 1919. Mr. Bell was at one time legal clerk at . Napier' and subsequently Assistant District Public Trustee at Wellington. The transfer of Mr. E. Collins, First Assistant District Public Trustee, Auckland, to the position of Director of Training Classes, Christchurch. Mr. Collins has been an Assistant District Public Trustee at Auckland since January, 1926, and was previously stationed at the Head Office. The transfer of Mr. B. C. B. Dickson from Christchurch to Whangarei. Mr. Dickson, who is a qualified solicitor, joined the staff of the Public Trust Office as a cadet in June, 1915. The transfer of Mr. G. G. Player from Christchurch to Wellington. Mr. Player joined the staff of the office in September, 1924, and is a qualified accountant. The transfer of Mr. W. F. M. Ott from Dunedin to Christchurch. Mr. Ott holds the LL.B, degree and prior to his appointment to the Public Trust Office was in private practice in Invercargill. The transfers of Mr. A. M. Mackintosh from Christchurch to Dunedin; of Mr. R. W. H. Futter from Auckland to Wellington; of Mr. J. R. Hand from Dunedin to Wellington; of Mr. R. J. F. Lewis from Head Office to Timaru; and of Mr. A. D. Lewis from Wellington to Head Office.
