Gascoyne, AA’ellington, are visiting Hastings and Napier by motor. Aliss DI F. Priestly, ALA., and Miss D. H. Featonby, B. Com., of the staff of Banks’ Commercial College, AVellington, are visiting AVaikaremoana. A very interesting visitor arrived in Auckland by the Niagara on Alonday in Mrs. Alaye Albee Bushnell, an American who travels the world, quietly and unostentatiously, says the Auckland “Star.” This particular voyage is her eighty-first trip a'nout the world, and this time she goes by the Cape of Good Hope to London, and then back to Victoria in British Columbia, which she says has the most [delightful climate she knows, and she goes half round the world to spend a summer there. AVhen she passes through the Panama Canal in a few weeks’ time it will be the third time she has gazed upon that wonder of American engineering, and she hopes that she may see it many more times in the future.
