POLICE CASES Messrs. D. Kcir and T. Coltman, J.P’s., presided in the Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday morning. Amor Johannas Fagerholm, a Swedish seaman, was charged with having used obscene language and with violently resisting Constable Paget during the execution of his duty. He was further charged with wilfully damaging the constables trousers, valued at £l/13/-. " Senior-Sergeant Ward stated that Constable Paget noticed the accused in Manners Street shortly before 6 p.m. on Monday in a semi-drunken condition, throwing his hat about, and jumping on it.
