CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION OF HOOVER FAMILY
Washington, December 25. The Hoover family gathered round a private Christmas tree on tlie second floor of the White House early to-day. declining to permit their Christmas celebration to be perturbed by last night's fire. The President will establish temporary-headquarters elsewhere, while the ravaged wing is remodelled, possibly using the private study at the White House. Meanwhile, the staff ol the State Department will be quartered across the street.
