CLYDE TO REPRESENT . > WELLINGTON - . THE CREW SELECTED The Clyde, which has won all four trials, -was selected to be the Wellingtonrepresentative for -the . next- Sanders Cup contest, at a meeting of the Wellington'. ProviriciaT Yacht and Motor-Boat Association last night? N. Rbwntree will skipper the boat, and his crew will be R. Kerr, C. Rowntree, H. Aldred, and R. Skelton. , ~ ■_ , il Messrs. F. C. Holmes and L. Smith,the former as manager, will accompany the contestants as delegatee to the conference to discuss Sanders Cup affairs at' Auckland, and in the event of the, question of forming • a Dominion association for the control of yachting arising, th*' outboard motor interests will be repre-. sehted by Mr. D. Jameson. - Mr. Holmes has arranged to bring the Naticy from Evans Bay to the boat harbour so that the Clyde may -be given practice , races against her until the latter leaves ,for Auckland. There will be a sweepstake race at Evans Bay on Saturday.
