At the Otaki Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, Messrs. O’Rourke ami Smith. J.l’.'s. presiding. John Robinson was lined £1 for fighting, and Pat Cootes £2 and costs 19/- for a similar offence. ft was slated that the two accused bad gone into the back yard of an hotel and engaged in fisticuffs. A charge of being idle and disorderly against Cootes was adjourned until Monday.
