XTOTICE' IS HEREBY GIVEN that A’ at a’ Snecial Meeting of the Wellington City "Council held on Monday, the 25th November, 1929, the following resolution was passed : — The Wellington City Council hereby makes by Special Order the following By-law under and by virtue of and in exercise and in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in it by “TJm Municipal Corporations Act, 1920,” “The •Health Act, 1920,” “The Wellington City Milk Supply: Act, 1919,” and their respective amendments, and of all other Acts, powers and authorities enabling it in that behalf. • The Short Title of this By-law is The Wellington City Milk Sale Amendment By-law, 1929.” The object and purport of the Bylaw arc:— (1) To control the use of Corporation tokens and coupons. Council .held on Monday,the 25th November, 1929, the following resolution was passed :— The Wellington City Council hereby makes by Special Order the following By-law under and by virtue of and in exercise and in pursuance Of the powers and,, authorities vested in it by “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920,” and its amendments. “The Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation Encouragement) Act, 1929,” and “The Wellington City Empowering and Amendment Act, 1929,” and of all other Acts, powers and authorities enabling it in that behalf. The Short Title of this By-law is “The Wellington City Aerodrome Control Amendment By-law No. 69, 1929.” The object and purport of the Bylaw are:— (1) To make provision for the payment of fees and admission to and for landing and housing aircraft at the aerodrome, Lyall Bay. (2) Regulating conduct of persons on the aerodrome. (3) Prescribing certain flying rules in the City of Wellington.
