The Short Title of this By-law is “The Wellington City Aerodrome Control Amendment By-law No. 69, 1929.” The object and purport of the Bylaw are:— (1) To make provision for the payment of fees and admission to and for landing and housing aircraft at the aerodrome, Lyall Bay. (2) Regulating conduct of persons on the aerodrome. (3) Prescribing certain flying rules in the City of Wellington.
