November 28, 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, November 27. ■ Air Vice-Marshal Sir Geoffrey Salmond, Air Officer Commanding the Royal Air Force in India, is embarking on a flying tour round India, inspecting the landing facilities and ground organisation. He will start from Delhi on Sunday.
