The Short Title of this By-law is lhe Wellington City Milk Sale Amendment By-law, 1929.” The object and purport of the Bylaw are:— , „ (1) To control the use of Corporation tokens and coupons. (2) To prohibit the wrongful removal of tokens and coupons. (2) Regulating conduct of persons on the aerodrome. (3) Prescribing certain flying rules in the City of Wellington.
