The Short Title of this By-law is lhe Wellington City Milk Sale Amendment By-law, 1929.” The object and purport of the Bylaw are:— , „ (1) To control the use of Corporation tokens and coupons. (2) To prohibit the wrongful removal of tokens and coupons.
