DOMINION AWARD REFUSED
DAIRY EMPLOYEES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. -■Christchurch, November 26. An application by the New Zealand Federated Dairy Employees’ Union for a Dominion award to replace existing .local awards was heard in the Arbitration Court. Mr. Justice Frazer announced that after consideration the Court was of opinion that there was not a strongenough. case made out for departure from the present system. The decision of. the Court was that local awards should be made.
