November 24, 5.5 p.m.) London, November 23. “Control of the seas is now an impossible dream,” said Mr. F. B. Kellogg at the Pilgrims’ Dinner at London. “World security is only obtainable by mutual consideration, confidence, and the advancement of pacific settlement of disputes. There is perfect safety in a reduction of armaments in the public interest,” he concluded.
