DISMISSAL NOTICES CANCELLED
POS'JT OFFICE EMPLOYEES The dismissal notices served on a number of casual employees of the Post and Telegraph Department, working in and around Auckland, who had been told that their services would not be required after to-day, will not now be acted upon. The matter has been taken up by the Cabinet Employment Committee, and the men will either be reinstated in similar employment or employment will be provided for them elsewhere.
