HEAD-ON COLLISION
MOTOR-CARS DAMAGED PASSENGERS INJURED By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, November 15. A head-on collision in Idris Road tonight resulted in four out of six occupants of the cars receiving injuries necessitating their removal to hospital The drivers of the cars were 'Henry Claude Lovell and Raymond Thomas. Neither was injured, but the passengers in both cars were hurt. The injured were: Lillian Mclnnes, injuries to face; Winnie Mclnnes. aged 10, fractured leg; Daphne Mote, aged 14. fractured nose: Thomas Canty, injuries to nose. Both cars were badly damaged. Several bottles of beer were found in Thomas’s car after the police arrived.
