SEASON 1929-1930. rpHE first Wool Sale of the coming season will be held at the Town Hall, Wellington, on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 14, at 9 a.m. Catalogues close at 12 NOON on SATURDAY. NOVEMBER 9. Wool is received for sale subject- to all lawful regulations and conditions governing the trade. Brokers are not 1 liable for loss arising directly or indirectly (owing to restriction of lots and catalogues) from the wool not being put up for sale at the first or any subsequent sale. Growers are expressly notified that the Insurance included in Brokers’ Consolidated Warehousing Charge is ordinary fire insurance only, and does not include damage resulting from earthquake shock, nor fire as a result of earthquake shock, riot, civil commotion, hostilities, military or usurped power. Extra cover will only be taken out against any or all of the excluded risks at owner’s expense, on receipt of specific instructions. THREE-BALE LOTS. Three-bale lots, other than supcr-flecee and super-lambs, will be considered Star Lots, and will be sold at the conclusion of the main catalogue. Further sales will be held in Wellington on the following dates: — DECEMBER 6. 1929. JANUARY 11, 1930. FEBRUARY 19. 1930. MARCH 21, 1930. The quantities to be offered at the December, January, and February Sales being limited by the Now Zealand Wool Committee cafalogues for these sales will close as soon as there is sufficient wool in store to cover the limit fixed. The above roster is subject to alterations being made in time and date, and to fixtures being altogether withdrawn. Brokers shall be held to have authority to sell nt any such altered fixtures, notwithstanding that the grower or vendor has received no notice of such alteration.
