When does a man have to keep his word? A. When no one will take it. Q. Why is a threadbare coat like an iron kettle? A. Because it represents hardware. Q. What is it that when you take away all its letters still remains the same? A. The Post Office. Q. Why is the vowel “0” the only oue sounded? A. Because all the others are in audible (inaudible). Q. What roof covers the noisest tenant? A. The roof of the mouth. Q. When is a baby like a piece of china? A. When its teething (tea-thing). Q. What -ould Neptune say if the sea dried up? A. T haven't a notion (an ocean).
