Small boxes are selling at 1/3 and large boxes at 2/6. The price of eggs has not varied, best grades being quoted at 1/5 to 1/6 per doz., and best dairy butter is fetching 1/8 per lb. Other quotations are as follow: Groceries.—Best eggs, 1/5 to 1/6 doz.; medium grade eggs. 1/3 to 1/4 per. doz.; first grade butter, 1/8 lb.; pure whey butter, 1/6 lb.; cooked ham, 2/2 and 2/6 lb.; prunes 4d. lb.; mild cheese, 1/- lb.; matured cheese, 1/4 lb.; N.Z.
