THAT the Defendant is indebted to the Plaintiffs in the sum of Three hundred and twenty-six pounds eighteen shillings and six pence (£326 18s. 6d.) in respect of an account stated dated the Oth day of August, 1929. 2. THAT interest on the said sum of Three hundred and twenty-six pounds eighteen shillings and six pence (£326 18s. 6d.) calculated at Seven pounds (£7) per centum per annum is due and unpaid from the said sth day of August, 1929, to the 4th day of September; 1929, amounting to One pound seventeen shillings and eight pence (£1 17s. Bd.). 3. THAT the Defendant is further indebted to the Plaintiffs in the sum of Two hundred and fifty-one pounds sixteen shillings and six pence (£251 16s. 6d.) for goods sold and delivered by the Plaintiffs to the Defendant. WHEREFORE the Plaintiffs pray judgment for (a) A total sum of Five hundred and eighty pounds twelve shillings and eight pence (£5BO 12s. Bd.) : (b) Interest on the said sum of Three hundred and twenty-six pounds eighteen shillings and six pence (£326 ISs. 6d.) from the 4th day of September. 1929, to the date of judgment calculated at £7 per centum per annum as aforesaid; Sc) The costs of this action ; d) Such further or other relief as in the premises may be just.
